We have been serving up excellent yoga practice since 2001. If you have injuries, pain, ailments, diseases, or anything that prevents you from thinking you can do yoga (i.e., age) :), contact us. We know how to help people learn yoga and how to use it in a way that changes their lives physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

A: Yes! College Park Yoga is located near downtown orlando, Winter Park and just a 15 minutes from Altamonte springs. if you are staying near Disney or Sanford we can take class to you! :)
Q: Can new students join?
A: Yes and we highly suggest to take a private lesson first, especially if you have injuries, illness or high levels of stress.
