Homemade Ice Cream, Italian Ice & Sorbets. Growing up in a small town in upstate New York, I put myself through nursing school scooping ice cream. I love being a nurse but have never forgotten how much fun I used to have scooping ice cream and making people happy. After years of planning and coming up with my own recipes I've decided to strike out on my own selling my homemade ice cream.
