Our founders come from all corners of the globe (literally) the U.K. Peru and Canada. They couldn't help themselves and settled down in central Florida Their belief is that it doesn't matter where good food comes from, as long as it's good! Sausage Shack is the brain child from lots of late night drinking and plenty of eating all sorts of crazy and wild eats. It was at one of these late night sessions the concept of Sausage Shack was born.. The team have all been in the hospitality industry since their teens running and operating all aspects within the industry.
