You can join us at our studio in College Park on any day of the week. We're so excited about your interest in yoga; whether you're a complete beginner to the magic of yoga or expanding your love and deepening commitment to the practice, this is the place for you. Ashtanga yoga is for everyone and we actively believe in creating a community where anyone can flourish.
