University of Central Florida is on the verge of one of its biggest games, if not THE BIGGEST GAME in history...
And ESPN's Sean McDonough joins us to break it down!

McDonough, the voice of ESPN's Monday Night Football, spent the better part of the past decade calling college football games on the Worldwide Leader in Sports
He joined me and the team on EK Sports, 96.9 The Game, for an interview to discuss his close friendship with UCF head coach Scott Frost, the current college football rankings (that shunned UCF yet again), as well as UCF's huge rival matchup against USF in the War on I4 coming up Friday at 3:30 on ABC.

"I just think they should keep doing what they've been doing. Keep winning on Saturdays. Keep making believers. And keep taking care of your own business."
"To go from winless to where they have in two seasons, I find that to be surprising. But I'm not surprised Scott has been successful."
"I loved to see the video of when he introduced the baby. It's clear they have a great deal of affection for him."
"He could have two other jobs that were both in two other Power 5 conferences. He and I were on the phone one night and he was really torn and we probably talked for an hour talking about the positives and negatives about each of the three situations. His biggest priority was winning. He wanted to go someplace where he could win and win fast and obviously correctly diagnosed that UCF was the best place to do that because that's exactly what happened."
I found it very interesting to hear McDonough's take on Frost coming to UCF in the first place. Sounds like Frost had some terrific options.
But I don't think there's any doubt he made the right decision by coming to UCF.
The Knights put their undefeated record on the line against University of South Florida Friday.
As long as UCF keeps winning, they'll at the very least play in a New Year's Six Bowl Game.
A phenomenal turnaround for the program after going winless two seasons ago.
