Never tried yoga because it looks too difficult? You've been to your partner's yoga class once and you feel embarrassed because you can't get into the pose everybody else can? Looking for a fun start to your Sunday and want to meet some new folks in Orlando?

Come join us for a fun-filled hour of yoga and celebrate your accomplishment with a delicious dish or beverage! Our instructor has designed a curriculum that is accessible to every person, regardless of body size or ability level.

Each session is completely free to attend (a $5 donation recommended for the instructor) for the first 20 people who sign up on Eventbrite!

Bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and a can-do attitude! The class size will be limited to 20 spaces. While parking is available in our rear lot, we always recommend carpooling or ridesharing. Please observe parking signs and be courteous to our neighbors. Service animals only.
