Permanently Closed.. The Truck Stop is the very first permanent Pop-Up Kitchen in Florida. It's the first of its kind in Central Florida.
The heart of the project is keeping it local; local vendors, local food, local bands, local artists, and local charities. This venue is valued treasure tucked away in the heart of Thornton Park.

So what's the bottom line? The kitchen will be open every night to local chefs to have their very own Pop-Up Restaurant for a night. It's their food & their creations. We will be serving up Brunch 7 days a week. We are open to having conversations with interested partners. This is a unique platform really showcases the amazing talent of the Central Florida culinary community, while giving our guest a unique experience each night.
