Orlando's International Drive will welcome of $5 million, state of the art indoor kart facility set to open in early 2014.
Developed by the AMP Group, the massive 76,000 square foot I-Drive Indoor Kart Racing will begin construction in August with 100 new jobs in Orlando expected to be created during the process.
Located just a block off International Drive on Vanguard Street close other major tourist spots like Fun Spot and Orlando Premium Outlets, I-Drive Indoor Kart Racing will boast a multi-level entertainment center along with the half-mile-long go-kart track.
The entertainment center will take up a 10,500-square-foot second floor with bowling lanes, an arcade area, and a concession area with food and drinks. Much of this will have windowed views that will allow guests to walk over the track and see the racing below.
