Every February the streets of Downtown Orlando are filled with philanthropists running in their undies for a passionate cause. Cupid's Undie Run is a "Brief" fun run around Lake Eola Park with proceeds going towards NF research a genetic disorder that affects 1 in 3,000 children.
The neurocutaneous syndrome can affect many parts of the body, including the brain, spinal cord, nerves, skin, and other body systems. Cupid's charity began in 2010 when a group of do-gooders decided to drop their pants and run to raise awareness and funds for Neurofibromatosis. Since their inception, the organization has raised over $14.5 million. This Saturday, February 17th slip into your skivvies and help #ENDNF during the Cupid's Undie Run — Orlando.
Charity Event In Orlando Strips Down For NF Research: Use PROMO CODE: CUPIDS10 For $10 Off
Embrace your inner exhibitionist during the Cupid's Undie Run — Orlando on Saturday, February 17th. The party starts at noon in one of Downtown Orlando's favorite local haunts, Elixir Orlando. No shirt? No problem, swing by the bar and restaurant in Downtown Orlando, grab some lunch and liquid courage before you go trapesing around the city in your PG-13 undies at 2pm. TV's "Skin Wars" winner, body painting artist Shannon Holt will be on site painting four models as Cupid's Wings. If you're brave enough you can "Rip for a Tip". Leave a memorable mark of the day with a chest heart or bikini wax for a cause.
While not everyone is comfortable parading around town in their underwear, costumes, onesies, jammies or drawers are highly recommended. After you've finished flashing the neighborhood for charity head back to Elixir where the party continues until 6pm.
Use PROMO CODE: CUPIDS10 for $10 off your registration. Join a team or run solo and help get some "exposure" for NF research.
