Love yoga and Jesus? Then this Wednesday night class with Chystal is for you! Holy Yoga is a unique class that uses the modality of yoga for worship. The class takes place at a local brewery that is also a practicing Lutheran church.
Hair of the Downward Dog | Crooked Can Brewing Company
If you like to stretch in the sunshine then get yourself to Winter Garden on a Saturday morning for yoga on the Silo Lawn. This outdoor yoga class starts at 10 AM and the ticket price includes a draft beer. Stick around after class to explore the adjacent Plant St. Market.

Those who love yoga and downtown Sanford should check out Deviant Wolfe on Sunday mornings. The hour-long class with Sareet includes a great draft beer and if you attend five classes, you'll get the sixth class for free!
