If you love creativity, art, and adventure then find yourself at IMMERSE 2019 this October. One thousand artists of diverse mediums will converge on downtown Orlando to share their art in the streets and in other public spaces.
Expect an insane variety of live performances and displays of visual art at Immerse 2019. The lineup includes music, dance, acrobatics, theater, murals, projections, installations, and more. This year's IMMERSE will even feature the Blue Man Group and two large scale interactive installations (Architects of Air and The Worlds of Corkcicle).
2019 will mark the seventh year of IMMERSE in Orlando. The interactive art festival always takes place during the third week in October and this year's event will happen between October 18th and 19th. IMMERSE is the brainchild of The Creative City Project, a pursuit established by Cole NeSmith in 2012. NeSmith believes a city can become a better place through exposure to local art culture. In October of 2012, without permission or funding, NeSmith organized performances in downtown Orlando each day for the entire month. Seven years later NeSmith's indie project has grown into a highly anticipated annual affair.
