Whether you're a local looking to explore the Orlando craft beer scene or a visitor wanting to savor some local flavor, the Central Florida Ale Trail is a great guide to Orlando's microbreweries. The Central Florida Ale Trail is a free map of the area's independent breweries and to complete the trail beer lovers must adventure around the greater Orlando area.
The free map can be picked up at one of the 17 breweries currently on the trail. Present your map to the bartender to receive a stamp. Once every brewery has stamped your map, you will be awarded a free commemorative Central Florida Ale Trail half gallon growler. Each time you fill your specialty growler at a brewery on the trail, you will receive a $1 discount on the fill.
Travel And Explore Central Florida's Orlando Breweries and Craft Beer Bars
The Central Florida Ale Trail started in April of 2017 in an effort to help promote the local Orlando craft beer scene. It's worked. There are currently 25,000 maps in circulation and 750 trailblazers have completed their adventure and claimed their prize. According to The Central Florida Ale Trail, the "goal of the map is to showcase all of the great local beer that exists in Central Florida and give the casual craft beer consumer an incentive to venture out and try them all."
The Central Florida Ale Trail is brought to you by the Central Florida Brewers Guild and Minute Man Press, with sponsorship from the Orlando Homebrew Supplies, What Ales Ya Podcast, and Roque Pub.
