Parent and child receive the same mental and physical benefits of this practice. This class offers peace of mind, fun and playfulness, relaxation, and increased body strength and flexibility.
Join Amy Burke at Underground Yoga every 3rd Saturday of the month for Family Yoga! During family yoga, children and parents alike will learn yoga poses in a fun new way, in the form of story telling. There will be games, coloring (coloring is the newest form of meditation!) and partner poses.
Every month there will be a new theme, new story, and new poses to learn!
