We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Supervisor, who seeks to achieve personal, professional, and financial advancement by application of unique leadership skills. If you are passionate about providing outstanding food quality and delightfully-positive,

1.- Supervises COOK and tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure conformance with Burgerfi recipes and appearance standards.
2.- Supervises inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies.
3.- Train new workers.
4.- Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title or any other required by the General Manager.
5.- Making sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work.
6.- Implement control on quality along with the consistency of every eatable item served
7.- Ensure all ingredients for preparing food are in the right supply on time.
8.- Support and facilitate control of food cost
9.- Convey clearly any maintenance of kitchen equipment and other security problems
10.- Develop and maintain professional relations
11.- Ensure Burgerfi standards of cleanliness
12.- Develop and cross-train all team members
13.- Identify and solve real problems
14.- Monitor/manage food waste daily
15.- Positive attitude
16.- Develop mutual respect among team members to ensure success and excellence Performance Measurements
17.- Promotional readiness and ongoing development of subordinates * Personal attention to training completion of all team members as they are hired
18.- Cross-training of qualified team members to expand the operational efficiency of all shifts, especially for key positions within the kitchen
19.-Open and close stations at the FOH and BOH when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs
- Restaurant supervisors should be able to stand for long periods of time, and lift and carry incoming inventory items when necessary
- Restaurant supervisors spend their days talking to customers, staff, and restaurant owners, and they must possess strong verbal communication skills to converse with a wide variety of individuals
Hourly Wage:
- $15 per hour + Tips
-This is a full-time job (30-35 hours per week)
-50% off in their meal while on duty
-One week paid of vacation after the first year of employment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
