Brick & Spoon, serving a complete, high-quality southern experience for those who want accessible, and upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch dining is opening in Maitland, Florida.

We are seeking an dishwasher and prep cook to help with the establishment of our new concept, while developing a team to support operations.

This is an opportunity to be a part of a new start-up concept. Therefore, we are seeking experienced, energetic, and proactive applicants to help set the bar high, enforce standards, and build brand loyalty.

Desired Experience: At least 1 year of restaurant experience.

What you’ll do

As a dishwasher, you will:

• Be a part of a high-performing kitchen team
• Make sure all of dishes & silverware are spotless for our guests
• Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
