The July meeting program features kumihimo (Japanese braiding) using a takadai. (picture attached). The meeting agenda includes a social hour, short business meeting, and show and tell, followed by the program. The Guild invites guests to meet weavers, spinners, and miscellaneous fiber arts.

ABOUT WEAVERS OF ORLANDO

Established in 1942, Weavers of Orlando is a nonprofit 501c3 organization of over 100 members from the Central Florida area who are interested in promoting and encouraging interest in the fiber arts such as weaving, spinning, basketry, dying, and felting.​
