Permanently Closed.. Nova restaurant is now serving Central Florida, and specializes in upscale American farm-to-table cuisine using only natural, local and sustainable ingredients. NOVA's signature starters include Deconstructed Tuna Tostadas, Black and Blue Steak Flatbread, Seared Salmon in Rice Paper, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and many more. Featured entrees include Lobster and Crab Ravioli, Ahi Tuna, Shrimp and Grits, Puget Sound Salmon, Duck Fat Fried Chicken and a Slow-Braised Short Rib with Panang Curry.
