Founded by Argentine and Venezuelan descendent Chef. Mariana Moya.

itar—which stands for Italy and Argentina—echoes the fascinating culture of the land of the gaucho and the tango, where more than 60 percent of residents are of Italian descent.

itar—explores its sensational culinary roots with a unique blend of gourmet flavors, decadent desserts and a wonderful selection of fresh cut meats, cheeses, pasta and a variety of over 60 wines.
