What began as two high school friends’ desire to be on the competition BBQ circuit, and my desire to one day own my own restaurant, led me to venture off the beaten path and do the darn thing! After years of being a chef of some of the country’s best & busiest restaurants, I finally get to live out my dream. My number one goal in any kitchen I’ve ever worked in, was to always deliver the best food and dining experience possible. I bring that desire 100-fold to Show Me Ur Butt BBQ. The goal is to deliver competition-level BBQ to the restaurant industry. This is evident in the way we select, season and prepare our meat. We use a variety of hardwoods and top quality rubs and sauces to impart subtle flavors. We serve top quality meat, and sides that are made fresh daily, along with Southern-inspired desserts. When you have the SMUBBQ experience, you’ll understand why “This ain’t no ordinary BBQ!!”
