So much time, and effort goes into EACH and EVERY item to make everyone of those items unique and special.

POLICIES

Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal. Please pay invoices within 24 hours or your item may move to the next willing buyer. If you are unable to pay within 24hours please do not ask to be invoiced.

Expedited Purchases:
If you would like your purchase moved to the top of list, please contact me -before making your purchage-. There is a $10 fee, this does not include rush shipping. Expedited orders will still be shipped USPS first class unless you’d like to upgrade your shipping.

Cancellations:
Cancellations on ready to ship items can be made ONLY if they have not shipped. Once an item ships I am unable to issue cancellations of any kind. Cancellations are not available on personalized items -unless- I have not yet started working on the project.

Personalized Items:
Personalized items are not subject to refund or return unless item is defective, please make sure all details you want are fully discussed PRIOR to purchase.
