Setting up line with all needed equipment, utensils, and ingredients. Prepares a variety of casual dining menu items utilizing recipes and following all quality and standards to their detail. Able to work fry, grill, oven, salad, inside expo, and expo positions. Works well under pressure and is conscious of quality, timing, and temperatures. Works will with others. Can lift up to 50 pounds. Able to open or close and work holidays and weekends. Flexible schedules available, benefits, and starting hourly wage of $11 - $16 per hour. Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
