Through our holistic wellness cooking approach we share evidence based research and expert recommendations to keep up with your wellness journey while enjoying mouthwatering flavors.
Learn to measure and combine and cook wholesome ingredients to make satisfying meals that are good for you!
You will cook and taste your creations and pack some to go, and eat later at home.
Space is limited.
2-hour hands on, guided cooking instruction at our
"5 Loaves Kitchen" located inside the Foundry Church in Winter Springs
(door is by the left side of the building)
All ingredients, and kitchen tools included . Apron, printed recipe with nutritional value, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer provided.
Guest will be able to:
Identify hidden harmful ingredients in processed foods
Wholesome ingredients encourage wellness.
Safely handle ingredient preparation, cooking temperatures and more.
Best practices to build a healthier pantry
Mix flavors and swap ingredients.
Plan, prep, shop and cook wholesome meals,
while saving time and money.
Apply practical actions steps for a holistic life approach, while making life balancing
decisions that lead to overall wellness

Mask are optional. For the safety of all patrons, please stay home if you are presenting fever, cough or any flu, cold, or Covid symptoms. Please wear closed toe shoes, hair pulled back. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
