B Resort & Spa, a contemporary hotel conveniently located in the Disney Springs® Resort Area, is giving locals something to taco-bout this Cinco de Mayo! Whether celebrating the historical significance or modern cultural interpretations of Cinco de Mayo, the Orlando community is invited to head over to the resort’s signature restaurant, American Kitchen Bar & Grill, for a line-up of festive specials.
On Friday, May 5, from 5 to 11 p.m., visitors can dive into a special menu of Mexican-American favorites including:
● El ChimiChango ($20): shredded chicken tinga, queso and red sauce served with fiesta rice and beans
● Taco Americano ($18): shredded beef brisket or pulled pork, tropical salsa, and warm tortillas served with fiesta rice and beans
● Certified Angus Beef Fajitas ($28): cilantro lime marinated beef, onions, peppers, and warm tortillas
In addition, adults over the age of 21 can keep the celebrations going with themed bar specials, including 2-for-1 deals on bottled Corona, Modelo drafts and handcrafted margaritas. Finally, the festivities wouldn’t be complete without a tasty fried ice cream dessert ($15), made with creamy dulce de leche and sweet churro crumble.
