An Irish owned company, Raglan Road is home to a 300 strong team who share a passion for authentic Irish hospitality to provide a truly memorable guest experience. Our 600 seat restaurant, with four bars, showcases live nightly Irish music and dance.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and reliable Server who shares our passion for excellence, and who will enjoy the hands-on learning experience and the rewards of working for a top U.S restaurant.

*Must have a minimum of 3 years high volume experience to be considered for this position*.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional relationship with all pub customers and employees. Adhering to all departmental and property service standards.

- Must complete all assigned classroom training and follow shifts.

- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and orders.

- Perform all opening, closing, and side work duties according to specific standards.

- Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.

- Perform other job related duties as requested by management.

Basic Qualifications Education/Training

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Previous experience in an Irish Pub and/or previous experience in an Entertainment/Concept restaurant a plus.
- Employees must have the ability to reflect the attitude, theme and culture of the Raglan Road concept to ensure a welcoming, inviting and authentic restaurant/pub experience. Attitude is everything!

Pay: $5.63 per hour
