Join us for a guided BarleyWine* Seminar through both our original Anisocoria (brewed 2008) and Anisocoria 2.0 (brewed 2018) from our esteemed President of Orlando Brewing Mr. John Cheek!
At this tasting, you will receive two 4oz. pours, an Anisocoria Tulip Glass, and guided tasting notes for $30.
Our Anisocoria 2.0 was brewed one year ago on our 12th anniversary, and fermented for over six months. This audacious Barleywine rests at 11.25% ABV.
Our original Anisocoria was brewed in 2008 using 2,000 pounds of 2-Row Malted Barley, a 9 hour boil (average boil is approx 60-90 minutes) and held in cold storage for ten plus years. This eye-dilating masterpiece rests at 18% ABV!
We encourage all patrons to Lyft to this event! The Central Florida Brewers Guild has partnered with Lyft and is offering Two 25% off rides to/from any brewery within the guild!

*BarleyWine: Despite the name, this style of beer is not a wine. The name has associations with wine because of its requisite maturation phase, high alcohol content, and complexity of flavor. This full bodied brew boasts a high malt character, dark plum fruitiness, high alcohol warmth feel, and low carbonation.
Fun Fact? Anisocoria is medical term that causes a persons pupils to be different sizes.
