Pulte Homes will hold a grand opening for Phillips Grove, an exclusive residential community, on Aug. 25 from noon to 3 p.m. Pulte is developing 229 homes in the highly desirable Dr. Phillips area off of Apopka-Vineland Road, just minutes from I-4. The community has already seen strong initial sales from onsite pre-selling efforts.
Decorated models including the Aurora and Heatherton home designs will be available to tour, and a Virtual Reality tour of the Casabella home design will also debut at the grand opening.
Phillips Grove has 13 home designs ranging from 3-7 bedrooms and 2.5-6.5 bathrooms, with 2-3 car garages. Floor plans range from 2,000 square feet to 5,000-plus square feet. Prices start at just under $500,000.
