This Christmas, Tapa Toro will feature a 3-course prix fixe menu, priced at $30 per person, including a warm spinach salad, with green, bleu cheese, pickled shallots, spiced almonds, and bacon and dijon dressing; a 10-ounce herb-roasted prime rib with roasted potato puree OR unlimited chicken & chorizo paella; and a sweet, seasonal dessert. The special menu will be available starting at 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve and all day on Christmas Day.
