Holy Cross is very excited to present a live Christmas organ concert featuring Mrs. Rachel Rautenstrauch and Mr. Jim Rice.
CHRISTMAS BAZAAR
Saturday, December 4, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Historic Holy Cross Episcopal Church located at the corner of Park Ave and 4th streets in Downtown Sanford, is having a Christmas Bazaar which will include a cookie walk, baked goods, gently used kitchenware, home décor items and treasures from attics and closets.
You can also buy tickets for the 50/50 raffle and then look through the garden where we’ll have cuttings and plants for sale.
Before you leave, all are welcome to tour through this historic church which was established in 1873 and is the winner of the 2015 Sanford Historic Trust Preservation Award.
While touring the church you’ll be treated to LIVE Christmas improvisation selections from organists Rachel Rautenstrauch and Jim Rice, and also flautist Carol Ripley from 10am – 1pm.
Of course we don’t want you go away hungry so when your growling stomach starts calling out, there will be hot-off-the-grill hamburgers and hot dogs, along with snacks and beverages available for purchase. More info: 407-322-4611 and Facebook @sanfordholycross.
