Grills Lakeside Seafood Deck & Tiki Bar a new restaurant on Lake Fairview in north Orlando, plans to open its doors for business in early January.
After announcing their plans to open in 2015, the restaurant's owners faced multiple construction delays. The Orlando restaurant location is all new, with a facility built on an eight-acre piece of land at 4301 N. Orange Blossom Trail. This is the third Grills restaurant with other locations in Melbourne and Cape Canaveral.
New Seafood Restaurant In Orlando Opening In The New Year
The seafood restaurant in Orlando features indoor and outdoor seating with tall sliding windows in the dining room, offering a view of the water from every table. The tiki deck also provide waterside views of the lake and surrounding area.
The menu offers the same seafood delicacies as the other two locations. Grills is known for its Lionfish, an invasive species of fish in the Atlantic and Caribbean, and according to the Grills website, fishing for and eating them is one way to solve the problem! The owners of the restaurant spent 15 years in the commercial fishing industry and decided to take their recipes beyond their backyard grill into the restaurant industry.
