“We’re built on great food, made from scratch. We have excellent ingredients with a little bit of a west coast flair,” said Kris "Po" Maronpot.
“We’re a little bit more authentic, less merchandising, less memorabilia. More food, hospitality, and service,” Po said. “All those things give customers a cool destination. We’re different from other places on the block. We have quality service, quality food, a place where they can come and relax and unwind.”
